Abstract

Customers need indeed to note in the Ministry of health is required to focus on, in line with the increasing demands of society will be a better service, and the development of technology. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of service and availability to client satisfaction using health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan) community health center in Lamongan. Correlation analytic design, cross-sectional approach. All patients health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan) community health center at Lamongan in Pebuari 2016 (503 patients). Simple random sampling with a sample obtained 51 respondents. The independent variable service quality and availability, the dependent variable patient satisfaction. Data using the enclosed questionnaire. Analyzed using analysis multiple linear regression p <0.05. Statistical test results obtained value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05). H1 accepted then it means there is a significant positive effect together the quality of service and availability to client satisfaction. It is expected that the quality of services and infrastructure more equipped to support patient satisfaction.
